A quirky conversational design showing an array of children's dens, hand-illustrated with inky pen line, and collaged papers in grey and green on cream. This repeat shows a variety of tents, teepees, forts, stick shelters and Wendy houses scattered evenly but not obviously. A contemporary design but with a classic feel of nostalgia.

This design perfectly complements another design by Bryony Halsted, 'Children's Dens doodled stripes', (which is a linear horizontal repeat created using similar forts and shelters, and doodled patterns.)
