Wings of a Feather - Pencil Shading Collage and Manipulations

Product Description

An original pencil drawing, photocopied and cut into random smaller pieces. Without too much consideration the small pieces were glued black down creating a random and overlapping sequence of light and dark. This was then scanned and manipulated in Photoshop to continue to play with light and dark, highlight or shadow and in the process, the shapes formed reminded me of birds wings in full flight.
