Originally from Devon, England, Hermione De Paula studied at Central Saint Martins where she gained work experience with the likes of Christian Dior Couture, Alexander McQueen, John Galliano and then worked for Jennifer Nicholson in Los Angeles. Since returning to London and setting up her own label, she continues to freelance and consult for London-based companies such as Nicolas Kirkwood. Recent collaborations include ASOS.com. Her Autumn/Winter 2012/2013 collection, ‘Marguerite’s Menagerie’ centres around the fictional character who is a dreamer that allows exotic animals and floral prints to swathe her body.
